No buyer with their purse open

There is no buying shop active. Unlike vending stalls, this lists players who pay for specific items: they leave a standing order with their price and anyone can sell to them without haggling.

It is the easiest way to shift spare materials and cards. Since the list depends on somebody having a stall up at that exact moment, it usually fills during peak hours and sits empty the rest of the day.
